An innovative approach. "Le Petit Golf" is an innovative educational method answering the child's needs and enabling him/her to enhance his/her motor skills, sociability and intellect while enjoying himself/herself at the same time. This method is at the crossroads of different contemporary teaching movements and is aimed at taking the best from the current trends. It's a modern and dynamic teaching method.
A playful learning method. Learning is approached in a playful and diverse manner. Basic technical advices are given out while allowing the child to stay spontaneous and show creative skills.
Discovering while learning. The child must learn to differentiate right from left, front from rear, high from low. The proposed exercises seek to bring the child to give out many different and diverse responses in order to help him/her enhance his/her motor skills..
Developing motor skills. We seek to enhance the child's thought process and help him/her learn while discovering. The child must find solutions to problems on his/her own while receiving guidance from the instructor.
The 100 % action concept. A young child needs to have the opportunity to run, jump and move.
"Le petit golf" activity gives him/her the chance to do just that as it is a dynamic teaching method.
The 100 % success concept. In order to have fun while learning, the child must be successful at what he does.
The layout of our playground through the use of a specific and graduated equipment places the child in the best possible conditions for success.
The 100% pleasure concept. The child's motivation level is maintained at its peak in order to ease the learning process.
Exchanges and interaction with others. Through "Le petit golf" activity your child is not on his/her own, other children do just like him/her; they all learn how to cooperate with one another. They get familiarized with an exchange activity. Children are collaborating with other children within a group.
Follow up. Certified "le petit golf" professionals and assistant-professionals will monitor the progress of the child using a performance passport which contains 7 essential stages to performance and ability.
Detection. The Certified instructors will identify and help you choose the right path to instruct your child by guiding him/her towards the right golf program (whether a group or a private program) in order to insure the continuity of his/her progression.
Competition. Leagues and round-robins competition formats will take place essentially on Saturdays with special coordination between age groups and level of play.
Teaching equipment. Our experience and expertise in the field has guided us in order to adapt our graduated teaching equipment.
